The rates are on an occupancy up to 4 persons

Every additional person is $15/night

Every pet is $200/stay

There are NO hidden fees - Electricity and WIFI is included.

Additional costs are only:

- Final cleaning = $140 (tax is included)

- Security deposit = $500 (will be returned after a short house inspection)

Because we reward loyalty, we will give you 10% off after your second booking with us!
